Dear Resident,
Thank you for supporting the Prospect Heights Park District. It is a pleasure serving you and/or your family’s leisure and recreation needs. Since the establishment of the Prospect Heights Park District in 1966, the population served now exceeds 15,500 residents representing a large segment of Prospect Heights, as well as portions of Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights and Wheeling. Currently the district manages over 170 acres of park and open space, including the operation of Old Orchard Country Club. The district’s numerous playgrounds, ball fields, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, bike path and Gary Morava Recreation Center provide recreational opportunities for all ages.
In order to plan for future programming, we are interested in knowing what recreational services your household utilizes, either with the Prospect Heights Park District or elsewhere. These services include park usage, recreation programs, golf, pool, fitness center and community center usage. We are also interested in your opinion, related to additional program offerings and amenities, in order to meet your leisure and recreational needs.
Your willingness to complete the following questionnaire will assist in planning future programs and facilities. The feedback received will help us understand ways in which we can better serve you.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call the Prospect Heights Park District at 847-394-2848.
Thank you for your assistance. We hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
Kathy Nowicki Executive Director Prospect Heights Park District knowicki@prospectheightsparkdistrict.org
